Our Strategy

Our project staff is participative in their approach. They do not act as experts but as facilitators. The Facilitator helps to know how others do it and why they do. This is divided into six steps. In practice these all overlap. They are:

1. Rapport Building
2. Analysis of Social Structures, Livelihoods and Local Resources
3. Group Formation
4. Group Planning
5. Participatory Monitoring
6. Participatory Evaluation
